工作职责

1.在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会，确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。

2.在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉，并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。

3.监督现金的处理和存放程序。

4.准备每日银行和现金流量报告。

5.制定并指导员工执行现金安全制度。

6.处理异常的付款情况。

7.监督服务设备的维护保养。

8.监督客用设施和服务的标准。

9.控制存货和监督保安成序。

10.协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作。

11.监督各项职能。

12.监督餐厅的服务。

13.和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求。

14.和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。

Job responsibilities

1.In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.

2.Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.

3.Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.

4.Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.

5.Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures.

6.Deal with irregular payments.

7.Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.

8.Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.

9.Control stock and monitor security procedures.

10.Assist with menu and wine list creation.

11.Supervise functions.

12.Supervise outlet service.

13.Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs.

14.Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.

1.完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。

2.持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。

3.具有解决问题和培训的能力。

4.酒店管理，餐饮或相关专业的大专学历。

5. 2年相关工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。具主管经验优先考虑。

Job requirements

1.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

2.Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.

3.Problem solving and training abilities.

4.Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.

5. 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
