【岗位职责】
1、全面负责宴会厨房的日常运营管理工作，包括菜单设计、食材采购、成本控制及人员调配；
2、根据宴会需求制定特色菜单，确保菜品质量、口味及呈现效果符合酒店标准；
3、监督厨房卫生及食品安全规范的执行，确保符合国家相关法律法规及酒店内部标准；
4、协调宴会部、前厅部等其他部门，确保宴会服务流程顺畅高效；
5、定期组织厨房员工技能培训，提升团队整体专业水平；
6、优化厨房工作流程，提高出品效率，合理控制成本与损耗；
7、处理宴会厨房突发问题，如客诉、紧急订单等，确保及时妥善解决。
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的中餐烹饪技能，熟悉宴会菜系及高端餐饮出品标准；
2、有较强的厨房管理能力，能高效统筹团队完成大型宴会任务；
3、熟悉食品安全法规及厨房卫生管理规范，持有相关健康证明；
4、具备创新意识，能根据市场需求调整菜品结构；
5、抗压能力强，适应高强度工作节奏及灵活排班需求；
6、良好的沟通协调能力，能与各部门顺畅协作；
7、有星级酒店宴会或大型餐饮企业宴会厨房经验者优先。
