岗位职责

1.监督酒店房价设置与客房预订情况，确保与公司标准相一致。

2.协助酒店制定阶段性的经营指标与行动方案。

3.指导酒店制定不同时期的市场策略以改善现有房价与客源结构，使其符合市场水平，实现酒店收益最大化，并监督酒店的执行。

4.开拓外围关系，与世界500强集团等大型公司合作签订订房协议，与中介合作策划市场活动。

5.完成公司总经办及运营部安排的其他工作。

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise the setting of hotel room rates and room reservations to ensure compliance with company standards.

2. Assist the hotel in formulating phased management indicators and action plans.

3. Instruct the hotel to formulate market strategies in different periods to improve the existing price and customer source structure, make it in line with the market level, maximize hotel revenue, and supervise the implementation of the hotel.

4. Develop external relations, sign room booking agreements with large companies such as Fortune 500 Groups, and cooperate with intermediaries to plan market activities.

5. Complete other tasks arranged by the company's general manager's office and operations department.

岗位要求

1.本科及以上学历，年龄25-40岁之间。

2.有3年以上星级酒店前厅部门，预订部门，收益管理部门或市场销售部门的管理经验，并能掌握该类型酒店的特点以提升酒店收益。

3.了解星级酒店的价格体系制定、客源构成和市场细分。

4.在任期间有优秀的工作表现，得到员工、加盟商的认可。

5.勤奋、有执行力，原则性强。

6.具有良好的职业道德，思路清晰，较强的沟通、协调能力，具有强烈的责任心，能够承受压力。

7.出色的服务意识，能够接受长期出差。

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, between 25-40 years old.

2. Have more than 3 years of management experience in the front office department, reservation department, revenue management department or marketing department of a star hotel, and be able to grasp the

characteristics of this type of hotel to increase hotel revenue.

3. Understand the price system formulation, customer source composition and market segmentation of star hotels.

4. Excellent work performance during the tenure, recognized by employees and franchisees.

5. Diligent, strong in execution, strong in principle.

6. Have good professional ethics, clear thinking, strong communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and able to withstand pressure.

7. Excellent service awareness, able to accept long-term business trips.
