【岗位职责】
1、全面负责中餐厅厨房的日常运营及管理工作，确保菜品质量、出品标准及食品安全符合酒店要求；
2、制定中餐菜单，研发创新菜品，定期更新菜式以提升顾客满意度及市场竞争力；
3、监督厨房工作流程，优化操作规范，提高工作效率并控制成本；
4、负责厨房团队的人员管理，培训、排班及绩效考核，打造高效专业的厨师团队；
5、严格把控食材采购、储存及使用，确保原材料品质及成本控制；
6、协调与其他部门的沟通合作，确保餐饮服务的高效运转；
7、落实卫生安全标准，确保厨房环境及操作符合国家相关法规及酒店要求；
8、处理突发问题，及时解决顾客反馈的菜品或服务问题。
【岗位要求】
1、具备丰富的中餐烹饪经验，精通粤菜、融合菜，熟悉高端酒店厨房运营模式；
2、出色的菜品研发能力，能够结合市场需求创新菜式；
3、优秀的团队管理能力，能够有效激励和培养厨师团队；
4、熟悉厨房成本控制及预算管理，具备较强的经营意识；
5、了解食品安全法规及卫生标准，具备严格的执行能力；
6、具备较强的抗压能力及应变能力，能够在高强度工作环境下保持高效；
7、良好的沟通协调能力，能够与其他部门紧密合作；
8、职业素养高，责任心强，注重细节及品质；
9、必须有国际联号酒店工作经验及有政府接待经验。
