岗位职责/职位描述

People(员工团队):

  • Manage daily sales activities, planand assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers

  • Develop your team and improve theirperformance through coaching and feedback, and create performance anddevelopment goals for colleagues - recognise good performance

  • Train colleagues to make sure theyhit hotel revenue goals to the standards we expect and have the tools they needto work effectively

  • Drive a great working environmentfor teams to thrive – connect departments to create sense of one team

  • Interact with outside contacts:guests, vendors, and other contacts as needed

  • Develop and maintain great workingrelationships with key clients and outside contacts to increase revenue

    Financial(财务回报):

  • Hit all personal/team sales goalsand maximise profitability

    达成所有个人/团队销售目标,实现利润最大

  • Help prepare the departmental budgetand financial plans including the hotel marketing plan 

    协助制定部门预算和财务计划,还包括酒店的营销计划 

  • Create and implement sales plansthat drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increasevolume, food and beverage and banquet sales

    拟定并执行销售计划,推动客房入住率显著上升,提高平均房价,提升业务量,增加餐饮和宴会销售

  • Produce monthly reports and salesforecasts to analyse current/potential market and sales trends, coordinateactivities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance toensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan

    准备每月报表和销售预测,分析当前和潜在的营销趋势,规划各种活动以增加营收与市场份额,并监督员工工作绩效,确保业绩超出原先制定的营收计划

  • Review monthly reports and salesforecasts to analyse current/potential market and sales trends, coordinateactivities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance toensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan

    审核每月报表和销售预测报告,分析当前和潜在的营销趋势,协调各种活动以增加营收与市场份额,并监督进展,确保业绩达到或优于既定营收计划

  • Create and develop special eventsand sales blitzes to showcase the hotel to potential clients. Attend tradeshows and major market events locally and nationally to promote new businessand increase sales and marketing opportunities for the hotel

    制定、开发各种特别活动和销售活动,向潜在客户推广酒店业务参加贸易展以及全国和本地大型营销活动,增加新业务机遇,为酒店提升营销机会

    Guest Experience(宾客体验):

  • Provide guests with information(example: loyalty programmes, area attractions, restaurants, facilityinformation) to enhance guest experience

    为宾客提供信息(例如:会员答谢计划、本地特色、餐厅和便利设施等信息),提升宾客体验

  • Schedule conventions and/or businessgroup activities at the hotel and coordinate with other hotel-level departmentsto facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients

        安排在酒店内举办的会议及业务团队活动,与其他酒店级别的部门协调,共同完成销售部门与潜在客户达成的协议中规定的各项服务

  • Communicate to appropriatedepartments all pertinent information requirements and special needs forarriving VIP’s, large groups, and other key guests

    与有关部门交流所有相关信息,包括即将抵达的贵宾、大型团体或其他重要宾客的要求和特殊需求

  • Lead marketing efforts to up sellguests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities

    领导各种营销活动,向宾客追加销售酒店服务、产品及设施

    Responsible Business(企业责任):

  • Work closely with key businessleaders, officials, and representatives of local community groups within thecity to ensure constant high profile exposure for the hotel

    与所在城市当地社会团体的重要业务领导、官员和代表保持密切联系,确保酒店经常获得高调的曝光度

  • Effectively communicate and marketaspects of the hotel that are sustainable or “green” and use information to gainnew business opportunities

    高效推广、宣传酒店的环保与可持续发展元素,通过此类信息获得新业务机会

  • Raise the awareness and reputationof your hotel and the brand locally – occasionally acting as hotelrepresentative for media related enquire

    提升酒店和品牌在当地的知名度和声誉,偶尔在媒体采访时担任酒店的形象代表

  • Identify improvements to marketingactivities and overall hotel sales performance and work with other departments

    发现市场营销活动和酒店整体销售绩效中的改进机会,与其他部门紧密合作

     

    What we need from you(我们对您的要求)

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent inmarketing or related field

    市场营销或相关领域学士学位/高等教育资质/同等资质

  • Four or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales andmarketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team

    4年或以上酒店业或酒店销售与市场营销领域工作经验,同时具备领导销售团队的直接管理经验

  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required

    必须熟知本地业务及业务趋势

  • Good Communication and writing skills

    良好的沟通和写作技能

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

    熟练使用办公软件
