1.熟悉前厅部、客房部营运与管理；

2.擅长建立与协调上级、部门间和下级关系，有较好的组织沟通协调能力；

3.熟悉前台电脑系统操作与管控；

4.熟悉门锁系统操作与管控；

5.精通OFFICE、PPT、Outlook等电脑软件和网络；

6.口头和文字表达能力强；

7.有较好的团体培训能力；

8.有一定的行业洞察力、分析力；

9.逻辑思维能力强，创新意识高。
