岗位职责
1.负责客房部办公室内接听电话和有关事务性工作。
2.负责客房部内部文件、通知、资料的传阅、回收和保存。
3.协助部门经理协调及安排部门内部工作。
4.帮助部门经理整理、打印各类报告、文件资料。
5.负责填报有关报表。
6.负责部门之间文件的传送，做好部门之间的联络工作，及时传送本部门员工的各类申请单等。

岗位要求
1.具有客房部文员相关经验。
2.具有一定的语言组织表达能力并能看懂一般的英文资料和日常英语会话。
3.能较熟练操作计算机。
4.具有一定的协调和配合能力，并能处理相关的文书工作。
