岗位职责
检查每日活动订单和工作日志对所有活动和临时更改做到了如指掌。
带领并指导团队成员对库存物品和各种设备设施进行管理级盘点。
带领并指导团队成员摆台。
配合宴会经理协调宴会活动。
检查员工到岗情况。
帮助员工不断提高和发展。
问候客人，并和客人从头至尾沟通活动细节，且适时提出合理化建议。
向工程部递交工程维修单。
工作结束后检查宴会所有区域，确保厅房和各种设备设施的正确摆放并干净整洁。
告知所有团队成员有关活动细节。督促工作并按高标准执行
负责培训及督促所有员工参加培训活动。
能为各种活动做好台型图及设备方面的准备。
在活动开始前为宴会成员分配工作。
能够高效完成所有正当活动需求。
能够胜任所有班次及经理安排的工作。
能够处理和准备临时工申请。
负责接管在副经理或领班不在时的所有工作。
全面掌握各种类型活动的摆台方法。
填写工作日志给经理审批。记录合理化建议以备改进。

岗位要求
有上进心。
可以用英语沟通。
可以独立的完成工作。
最少3年的宴会主管工作经验。
具有中西餐宴会服务知识。
