1.协助所有的销售策略,战术和行动的落实,遵从销售锦囊方式, 创造一个强大的而且训练有素的销售团队, 从而完成销售目标。
To assist all the sales strategy, tactics, and action implementations, complying with the Smart Selling approaches, in order to create a strong and disciplined sales team, and to achieve the sales goal.
2.监控和评估地方,国内的和国际的市场趋势,和酒店竞争对手的销售状况,为了要确定酒店的市场销售保持竞争的优势。
To monitor and evaluate local, national and international market trends, and the competitor hotels’ sales initiatives, in order to make sure that the hotel’s marketing and sales remain competitive and cutting edge.
3.协助处理所有主要的销售大客户和团体,在营销策略经理/行销分析专员提供的销售账户分析的基础上给予评估, 并以此来制定价格,剩余空房数和销售资源配置的策略。
To assist to manage all the key sales accounts and groups, to evaluate them based sales account analysis prepared by Marketing Manager – Strategy / Marketing Analyst, and to make strategy for pricing, inventory, and sales resource allocation.
4.积极地参与销售会议,开发和调整销售账户以及制定价格策略。
To actively participates in sales meetings, developing and adjusting sales account and pricing strategy.
5.确保技术系统的良好使用包括Delphi或其他的销售和餐饮系统,而且保证数据是准确的。
To ensure that the best use is made of technology including Delphi or other sales and catering systems and that data is clean.
6.要按照行业,公司,酒店的规定,反应在市场销售变化。
To respond to changes in the Sales function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
7.协调和实行获得,发展和保持销售。
To coordinate and execute acquisition, developments, and retention sales.
协助和协调所有的销售活动和在酒店各处联系沟通这些活动。
To assist with and coordinate all selling activities and to communicate these activities throughout the hotel.
8.维护地方,国内和国际团体的数据库,准备餐会和会议领引并且确定适当销售发展和获得活动的落实。
To maintain a database of local, national and international group, catering and conference leads and ensure implementation of appropriate sales development and acquisition activities.
9.确保所有的销售提议,担保,数据工具和其他的销售沟通信息是和酒店,HYATT的品牌标准一致, 而且要及时更新信息。
To make sure that all the sales proposals, collateral, digital tools, and other sales communications are in line with the hotel’s and HI’s brand standards, and up to date in terms of information.
10.了解当地社区,商业环境, 政府政策和可能影响到酒店经营的社会因素。
To be aware of community, business, political and social factors that may affect the hotel’s financial performance.
11.确保每周核对剩余房间和宴会空间信息用来在低住房率期间制定销售策略。
To ensure that the room and banquet space inventories are reviewed weekly and that strategies are formulated to fill low occupancy periods.
