职位描述

§  全面负责宴会部门的收益和费用预算

To be responsible for the overall Events Department’s revenue and expense budget.

§  协助准备市场推广部的年度营销计划,确保部门目标与酒店及员工的目标相一致

To assist with the preparation of the annual Marketing Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees.

§  协助准备部门预算并定期更新,与销售总监和餐饮部行政总监密切合作确保完成目标并及时控制预算

To assist with the preparation and regularly update of the departmental budget, in close cooperation with the Director of Marketing and EAM – Food & Beverage ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

§  根据凯悦国际的政策及程序,管理完整的和具备相应证明文件的酒店销售合约、合同和报价书

To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Hyatt International Policies & Procedures.

§  就宴会相关产品、成本控制和价格与餐饮部总监和行政总厨紧密合作

To closely work together with Director Food & Beverage and Executive Chef on the Events product, costing and pricing.

§  通过横向销售和促销其他设施和服务等,持续发展扩大收益和盈利的方式

To continuously seek ways to maximise revenues and profits by cross selling and up-selling other facilities and service.

§  确保严格执行酒店、集团和当地法规政策中关于财务记录保存和现金处理方式和许可执照等的相关法规,包括及时和准确的报告财务情况

To ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

§  做行业竞争对手的现存的和新的会议和宴会产品及理念的情况调查

To conduct extensive competitor surveys on current and new Events/ Banqueting product & concept.

§  积极的与旅行代理商和会议组织方进行和开展销售和市场的活动

To actively court and develop sales and marketing activities with key industry partners such as travel agencies, convention organisers.

§  通过直接的销售活动、电话和书面的沟通,确保酒店的高知名度

To ensure a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts and written communications.

§  专业的开展日常电话市场推广活动,以获取新的业务机会

To professionally devise routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities.

Operational

 

§  与市场推广总监和餐饮部总监紧密合作,共同发展、监测和评估所有与宴会销售相关的目标、策略和市场推广计划和行动计划以达到或超越预测收益

To develop, monitor, and evaluate all events related objectives, strategies, marketing plan and action plans with the Director of Marketing and Director of F&B so as to achieve or surpass forecasted revenues.

§  协助市场推广总监审核和评估宴会少收活动的高效性,做出必要的调整以达到或超越年度市场推广计划中宴会销售的相关部分

To assist the Director of Marketing to review and evaluate the effectiveness of catering activities and adjust as necessary to achieve or exceed the objectives as outlined in the Annual Marketing Plan.

§  执行凯悦国际营运手册的营运标准,使酒店在宴会创意领域成为毫无争议的潮流创导者

To implement the operational standards as per Hyatt International Operation Manuals, establishing the Hotel as the undisputed trendsetter in Catering creativity.

§  执行市场推广计划中相关的宴会销售员工的行动计划

To implements all Events employees action plans related to responsible areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.

§  计划和进行对现有和潜在客户的销售拜访,以开拓新的宴会业务机会

To plan and make sales calls to companies which are our current and potential clienteles to explore into new events business opportunities.

§  确保所有宴会销售员工全面了解市场需求和趋势,以使他们的产品达到要求

To ensure that all Events employees are fully aware of market needs and trends and that their products meet these requirements.

§  与行政总厨、会议和宴会服务经理紧密合作,创造性的建议和宴会执行方案。

To work closely with the Executive Chef, Conference and Banqueting Manager on creative suggestions and event execution matters.

§  在重要客户到达或离开酒店时予以欢迎和送别

To meet and greet VIP guests upon arrival/ departure.

§  详细了解最新和详细的酒店设施、特色和服务的知识

To maintain a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features and services.

§  与其他部门经理紧密合作,以支持和灵活的态度致力于酒店的整体成功和客人的满意

To work closely with other Department Heads in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

§  确保营销部员工和其他部门之间的支持,以“群策群力”精神互相协作

To ensure Events employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.

§  确保充分使用不同的技术支持( Envison sales, Social Table & Opera ) 及软件技术,并随时保持清晰的资料库

To ensure that utilization of various technology (Envison sales, Social Table & Opera) and software is maximized and that clean data are maintained at all times.

§  审核所有宴会销售文件以确保正确的预定程序,包括团队房间和会议项目的历史纪录,宴会场所安排和主题,合同约定等

To review Events files to ensure correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting program history, Events set up and themes, contractual agreements, etc.

§  确保所有的放帐和收帐程序按照酒店的政策和程序所规定的执行

To ensure that all credit and collection procedures established by the hotel credit policies and procedures are implemented.

§  确保所有的销售合同符合建立的政策与程序,并基于预测的商业判断。确保为所有的条款合约建立和维护准确地数据库,该数据库的资料与财务部的保持统一并更新。

To ensure that all sales contracts follow the established hotel policies and procedures and are based on sound commercial judgment.  To ensure that an accurate database is maintained for all term contracts and that this database is integrated with the database on Accounting & Finance and updated.

§  确保所有宴会销售的员工都具备熟练的推销产品技巧和掌握完全的产品知识

To ensure that all Events employees are fully versed in up-selling techniques and have a thorough product knowledge.

§  以高标准和严格的要求来执行部门标准

To be demanding and critical when it comes to departmental standards.
