岗位职责：
1、负责督导和处理楼层各项服务工作。
2、负责督导和检查楼层各项卫生工作。
3、每日主持班组例会，传达部门工作布置和工作交接。
4、负责所属服务员的岗位业务培训工作。
5、督促所属员工执行楼层卫生、磁卡钥匙的使用管理规定，落实各项安全制度。
6、认真如实地填写每日工作记录、查房表，检查服务员工作表的填写情况。
7、负责管理、检查客房小酒吧饮料的报损、领取和补充工作以及结账单的保管工作。
8、执行每日棉织品的抽查盘点工作，负责楼层物品正常消耗和损耗的盘点核查工作。
9、检查服务员的仪容仪表，行为规范及出勤情况。
任职条件：
1、中专以上学历；2、有2年以上星级客房管理工作经验优先考虑；
3、熟悉客房部专业知识，熟练使用电脑；
4、掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准；
5、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、管理能力。
备注：领班和主管各1名。
语言能力：中国普通话-精通计算机能力：良好年龄要求：30-45岁
