Strictly obey the rules and operation structures to ensure the job to complete without delay. 严格按工作程序，保证维修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。

With responsibility for the repair jobs and maintenance work for water-supply, water-drain, pumps, water tanks, valves and other equipment of piping system. 负责酒店给排水系统管道、阀门及其辅件的维修保养。

With responsibility for the repair jobs and maintenance work for fire-fighting system including fire-hydrant, fire-sprinkles, the alarm-valve of water-flow, fire-pump. 负责消防系统的管道、阀门、消防水龙头、消防栓、泵等仪器的维修保养。

With responsibility for maintenance of toilet, shower, washing-basin, bath-tap, water discharging, underground piping and sewage well. 负责客房卫生洁具如：淋浴头、洗脸盆、水龙头、进排水管道、地漏、阴井设备设施的维修保养。

With responsibility for maintenance of all piping including chiller water pipe and cooling water pipe in guest-room area, public-area, kitchen-area and laundry area. 负责制冷系统装置客房区域和公共区域的冷冻水、冷却水等的维保工作。

Supervise all nature-gas, valve, regulator and measure-meter. Once accident happens, report to Duty Engineer, Manager of Engineering and Gas Company, and close main gas-valve immediately. 负责监控所有的煤气、阀门、调节器及计量表,发生故障及时汇报值班工程师、工程部经理和燃气公司，立即关闭总阀门。

With responsibility for cleaning of all water tank including fire-fighting water tank and maintenance of auxiliary equipment. 负责酒店生活水池、消防水池的清洗，楼层水箱、膨胀水箱及辅件等的维修保养。

With responsibility for the maintenance work of all kitchen machine including the maintenance followed by the schedule. 负责厨房所有设备的日常维修和计划性维修。

With responsibility for maintenance of all laundry machine including maintenance followed by the schedule. 负责洗衣房所有设备的正常维修和计划性维修。

Manufacturing some parts of machine depends on simple machine and tools which hotel has. 利用酒店内现有的条件制作一些设备配件，降低维修成本。

Do the circulation-checking to ensure the equipment to be in good condition. Once accident happened on the equipment, solve the problems without delay. To make and fix up the prop for the activities held by the hotel. 定时巡检所管辖范围设备，设施的完好状况，发现问题及时维修，为酒店举办的各种活动制作和安装道具。

Once accident happened, submit to the Chief engineer and Duty engineer to do the maintenance work to ensure the operation of the hotel. 设备发生故障后服从经理、值班工程师及主管的调动，积极进行抢修，全力保障设备设施的正常运转。

Do the maintenance work according to the maintenance plan and schedule. 按维修保养计划对上述系统进行维护、保养。

To prepare the forms for the daily water, nature gas, LPG consumption of the hotel. 统计每天酒店的水量、天然气、液化气的能耗日报表。

To complete other temporary jobs. 完成上级交办的其他工作事项。

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
