With responsibility for the repair jobs and maintenance work for furniture, face-lift for the wall and ironware. 
负责对酒店所有木器家具的维修、保养及墙壁、金属构架的油漆翻新。

Do the decoration and maintenance works for wallpaper, ceiling, glass and all the decorations, to make and fix the scenes for the activities held by the hotel. 
负责对酒店墙纸、天花板、玻璃及各种装饰的装修维修为酒店举办的各种活动制作和安装道具。

With responsibility for the maintenance works and renewal for all the decorations. 
负责酒店饰面维修保养和更新如墙面粉刷、颜色更换等。

With responsibility for the maintenance works and renewal for marble, granite, ceramic file and other stone materials.
 负责大理石、花岗岩、瓷砖及其他石材的维修和更新。

With responsibility for the maintenance works and renewal for glass and mirror. 
负责玻璃、镜子的维修保养和更新。

With responsibility for the maintenance works and renewal for electronic and machinery lock and be familiar with the usage of the electronic lock system. 
负责所有电子门锁、机械门锁的维修、保养和更新并熟悉电子门锁系统的使用。

With responsibility for the maintenance works and renewal for the plasterer. 
负责所有泥瓦工作的维修、保养和更新。

To take care of all the easy-burn materials such as ethanol, carbinol, oil painting, forbidden fire in working place, and ready to accept the check and management by Engineering & Security. 
负责仓库中须用的易燃装饰材料如乙醇、香蕉水、油漆的保管和使用的防火安全工作中严禁烟火并接受工程部和保卫部对易燃品消防安全的管理。

Be sure of the safety at any time when using electronic saw 、electronic planer and other electronic tools. 
随时保证工作安全如使用电锯、电刨等工具。

To keep the safety and cleanness of the working place and tidy the place once the maintenance work was finished. 
随时保持工作间的整洁、干净。维修完毕后清理现场。

To do the circulation-checking jobs for the facilities. Once accident happened on the equipment, report and maintain it without delay. 
定期巡回检查所管范围设施的完好状况发现问题及时维修。接到派工单迅速维修遇到重大问题及时请示汇报。

To complete other temporary jobs. 
完成上级交办的其他工作事项。
