工作范围

Job purpose of dormitory attendant is to be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the staff locker room, staff toilet, in-house dormitory including public areas, smoking room and recreation room, etc. according to established hotel procedures and standard, assist HR office to manage dormitory, ensured accommodation for staff.
根据饭店的规定和标准，负责清洁并保持员工更衣室、公共卫生间、倒班宿舍、吸烟室、娱乐室等区域内的卫生，协助人力资源办公室管理宿舍，保障员工正常住宿。

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责

Cleaning the in-house dormitory, corridors, staff locker room, shower room, restroom, recreation room, etc. and maintaining adequate stock of cleaning and tools supplies.
负责清洁倒班宿舍、走廊，员工更衣室、淋浴间、公共卫生间、娱乐室等区域的卫生，并保证足够的清洁用品、用具的库存

Replace bed linen at least twice a week, to maintain the cleanness and comfortable of in-house dormitory for staff.
负责每周至少两次更换倒班宿舍的布草，保证布草的干净和舒适

Regular inspect all the linen and equipment are in good condition.
定期检查所有员工用的布草和器具是否完好

Responsible for safekeeping all the staff dormitory keys.
负责安全保管所有员工宿舍钥匙

Protect the dormitory property such as furniture, equipment, utensil and linen.
保管员工宿舍的家具、设施、器皿及布草等资产

To assist with the exit formalities of leaving employees of the hotel.
协助办理离职员工的搬离退宿手续

Execute & supervise the in-house dormitory stay registration.
严格执行和监督倒班宿舍的入住登记情况

Inspect all linen to ensure that they are being used properly and are in good condition
检查所有布草以确保它们完好无损并被合理利用

To supervise duty roster on dormitory cleaning and maintain the cleanness in outside dormitory.
负责监督员工外部宿舍的值日排版和卫生清洁

Ensure and helps interpret in-house rules and regulations, and ensures compliance.
确保员工遵守宿舍内规章制度，并为员工解释制度

Records dormitory energy consumption in the staff dormitory monthly.
每月记录员工宿舍水电和天然气的耗损量

Maintains cleanness of all employee notice boards and information boards.
负责所有员工布告栏、信息板的卫生

Manage and maintain the back of house decoration & plant.
后台区装饰和绿植的管理和维护

To report and follow up the dormitory & back of house engineering.
宿舍及后台区工程的报修和跟进

Follow up the department attendance rules.
遵守部门的考勤制度

Follow up the hotel grooming and behavior standards.
遵守饭店的仪容仪表及行为举止标准

Maintain good relationship with hotel staff.
和酒店员工维护良好关系

Check accommodation every day.
每日检查员工住宿情况

Application energy fee every month.
按月申报水电费

Performs other duties related to function as assigned by the HR Officer.
执行人事主管分配的其他工作任务。

Additional objectives and responsibilities can be added at any time, depending on the need of the business and hotel.
