Responsible for managing the accounts or area of coverage assigned to him or her which includes making regular calls/visit to assigned account, developing new accounts, and maintaining good relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the targets set and the overall F&B budget. To take part in all sales-related activities and effectively sell all aspects of the F&B Department. Responsible for managing the Guest Relation and providing the highest professional services in accordance with the Kempinski quality service standards. Consolidate and managing guest database.
