As themanaging member of the Security Department, the Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting the lives and property of colleagues and guests.
They should keep their work area safe. Monitor nearby entrances and areas, report suspicious targets. Ensure proper operation of property and equipment and report defects, breakages and unsafe conditions. In an emergency, the head of security should perform their duties as directed by the head of the Security Department.

4、Monitor violations of hotel fire safety plans, report violations and recommend proper practices.
监控违反饭店防火安全计划的行为，报告违反情况并推荐正确方法。 
5、Perform other tasks assigned by Security Department management.
执行保安部管理层布置的其他任务。
6、Assume the responsibilities and obligations
of the department head in the absence of the Security Department leader.
当保安部领导不在时担负起部门负责人的职责和义务。 

消防管理
1、Ensure a good working relationship with authority.
保证与权威部门有一个良好的工作联系.
2、Work with authority on fire safety issues, fire safety inspections and fire safety rules enforcement.
与权威部门进行关于消防安全问题，消防安全检查和消防安全规则的执行。
3、Ensure that fire stairs and escape routes are clear and flammable materials have been cleared.
督促消防楼梯和逃生路线没有阻碍并且已经清理了易燃物品。
4、Ensure that all fire security facilities are in good working order.
确保所有消防安防设施运行正常。

防火安全设备和系统测试
1、Perform in-store system tests with maintenance company personnel under the direction of the manager in accordance with hotel fire safety plan standards.
根据饭店防火安全计划的标准，在经理的指导下和维保公司人员一起执行店内系统测试。
2、Duty personnel and maintenance personnel work together to monitor system testing of all maintenance items to ensure compliance with the fire safety plan.
值班人员和维保人员一起监督所有维保项目的系统测试，保证与防火安全计划相一致。
3、Ensure that there is a valid fire safety inspection report every year.
保证每年都有有效的消防安全检测报告。
4、With the maintenance company actively evaluate equipment, in advance of the submission of reasonable corrective measures.
同维保公司积极评估设备，提前预判提交合理化整改措施。
     
防火安全培训
1、Train new employees on fire fighting equipment and fire emergency procedures.
为新员工进行灭火器材和消防应急程序的培训。
2、Improve the safety knowledge of all hotel staff.
提高所有饭店员工的安全知识。
3、Conduct repeated training for all employees.
引导所有员工的重复培训。
4、Ensure that the training of the emergency response team is of a high standard, including the use of all relevant fire fighting equipment.
保证应急小组的培训达到一个高的标准，包括所有相关防火战斗设备的使用。
5、Liaise with local fire departments and participate in their training and exercises.
与当地消防部门保持联络，参与他们的培训和演习。
6、Ensure that fire drills are consistent with fire safety plan guidelines and include evacuation drills.

7、Provide methods for improving fire safety issues and fire drills.
