DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

Provides cleaning services as well as the turn down service (depending on shift) to assigned guest rooms according to standards established by the hotel. It involves, but is not limited to making beds,cleaning bathrooms and toilets, disposing of waste, dusting furniture,vacuuming carpets, replenishing guest room and bath room supplies and – if on late shift – turning down beds and cleaning the bathroom again if it was used.
根据酒店的标准内负责分配客房的清洁和夜床服务(根据班次)。包括但不限于整理床铺,清洁浴室和厕所,处理垃圾,家具除尘,地板吸尘,补充客房和浴室的用品,晚班情况下的夜床服务并清洁使用过的浴室。

Whilst servicing a room, verifies that furniture,equipment and fixtures are in perfect condition and good working order. Reports any need for maintenance and repair to his/her supervisor at once.
当清洁客房的时候,检验家具,设备和用具情况和状态是否良好。一旦发现需要维修立即向主管汇报。

Cleans corridors and other public locations within the assigned guest room areas. Also ensures cleanliness of equipment, pantries,and other respective service areas.
清洁客房区域的走廊和公共区域,并确保设备,餐具室和其他各个服务区。

Keeps himself/herself informed of hotel products and services in order to answer guest question.
让自己多了解酒店的产品和服务以致可以回答客人的问题。

Answers all guest questions/requests in a friendly and caring manner, takes appropriate actions or – if needed – refers the matter to a person in a more senior position.
以友好和关心的态度解答客人的问题和要求,在需要的情况下将问题交给上级处理。

Reports at once all lost and found items to supervisor and the order taker and verifies that the item was properly entered into the L&F record.
立即向上级和接单员汇报失物招领的东西并检验是否确切记录到失物招领的记录里面。

Writes down on his/her assignment sheets relevant information for record purposes and possible future inquiries. At the end of the shift, reports guests requiring special attention, room status discrepancy,unusual situations, incidents that need follow up and – if necessary – to be entered into the log book to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
在自己的工作表上作相关记录以备查询。下班时报告客人的特殊要求,和房间状况的差异,需要跟进的不正常的情况,事件,需要时写入值班记录,保持工作的连续性和客人满意度。
