岗位职责：
1.负责酒店宾客的迎送服务，主动为宾客开启车门、搬运行李，提供热情、细致的引导。
2.协助宾客办理入住、退房相关的行李寄存与提取，做好物品登记与保管，确保行李安全无差错。
3.为宾客提供酒店内外信息咨询，包括酒店设施位置、周边景点、交通路线、餐饮推荐等，按需解答宾客疑问。
4.负责确保所有的物品转交和递送，严格按照酒店的规定办理转交手续。
5.负责礼貌友好地迎接和陪同客人到他们的房间，并为客人介绍房间的设施设备以及使用方法。
6.维护礼宾台及周边区域的整洁有序，做好宣传物料、行李车、雨伞等物资的管理与盘点。
7.直接汇报对象为礼宾主管。
岗位要求：
1.学历要求：中专及以上。
2.工作经验：星级酒店工作经历一年以上。
3.语言要求：良好的英语会话读写能力，会粤语为加分项，具有较好的中外文语言和文字表达能力。
4.业务素质：良好的跨部门沟通协作能力，积极主动热情。5.欢迎实习生或应届毕业生应聘。

岗位职责：
1. 宾客迎送，电话接听，机场巴士预订。
2. 行李寄存、快递签收、委托代办服务、电脑入录。
3. 信息咨询与指引，熟悉酒店产品、营业时间和收费政策。
4. 解答咨询回答客人关于酒店、交通、周边等问题。
5. 商务礼宾中心的秩序维护，协助客人打印复印。
岗位要求：
1.学历要求：中专及以上学历。
2.工作经验：有星级酒店实习经历优先。
3.语言要求：会简单的日常英语，会粤语为加分项。
4.职业技能：会操作电脑。
