岗位职责：
1.掌握各银行余额与编制资金情况报告。
2.负责审核资金限权是否符合规定和库存支票、现金等安全，严格按照酒店审批程序/制度完成银行的支付业务及现金报销办理业务；审核银行原始凭证的合法、有效、正确性；及时配合各个部门的账款查询。
3..每日早晨负责酒店的日常现金收支、银行结算工作；掌握每日的现金流量，合理安排库存现金，确保日常业务的需要。
4.每月按时发放酒店员工工资。
5.执行总监的工作指令，起草、誊写、打印财务部有关文件；负责本部门各种文件、通知等的收发、登记、阅读及保管工作，做好财务部有关会务工作。
6.负责财务部人员的考勤等内勤工作，拟定本部门所需财产和物品的计划，负责本部门使用的账务和实物管理，做好与各部门的协调沟通工作。
7.负责酒店所有收据的保管及控制，做好收、发、存的登记工作，开出的收据要有出纳及一名会计人员的签名。
8.负责参与公司应急救援工作，指导和协助各部门进行重大事故的索赔，协助保险公司进行现场勘察工作，并与保险公司沟通协调处理投保、理赔等相关事宜，并每周进行案件理赔进度通报；保险合同、协议、凭证和保单的保管。
9.完成上级分配的其它工作。
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上财会类专业毕业学历。
2.具备一定的计算机应用能力，熟悉办公软件。
3.了解金融、票据、保险、财务等方面的法令、法规。
4.具备一定的资产管理能力。
语言能力：英语-一般计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：18-35岁
