1.KEY RESPONSIBILITY 关键职责
Under the General Management of the VPD, Developer is in charge to expand the strategic Growth of BARONY’ FAMILY Hotels & Resorts in China , and Research new Projects, Maintaining, and Routine Reporting of Rolling Development pipeline Planning.
在发展副总裁的总统管理下，负责拓展君廷家族酒店及度假村在中国的战略性成长，以及研究新项目，维持和规范发展蓝图的汇报体系。

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES 主要职责
Assist VPD, To Develop BARONY’ Group Introduction, (Soft & Hard Presentations), and Speeches’ guide line to Develop the Group Introduction
协助发展副总裁建立君廷集团介绍，（软件及硬件介绍），并完善集团介绍及推介指南
Maintaining and routine reporting of rolling development pipeline for operational forecasting and strategic planning
针对特定区域的发展而进行的经营预测及战略规划的维护及例行报告
After the First visit or Meeting of a Potential Project; Develop & Provide up-front Data and Research to Development, Feasibility and Business Planning Processes regarding the Viability of any Project in China
关于项目的可行性，需提供前期数据和研究关于开发，可行性和商业计划过程
Source, evaluate and convert potential leads. Work closely with internal and external departments to facilitate analysis, evaluation, approval and closure of prospective opportunities
搜寻、评估和转换潜在商机。与内部和外部部门密切协作,以便利对未来机会的分析、评估、批准和结束
Provide comprehensive research data regarding viability of markets and preferred site locations for development by brands; manage the structuring, negotiating and closing of deals throughout the development process
根据品牌的发展需要,提供关于市场可行性和首选场地位置的全面研究数据;在整个开发过程中管理交易结构、谈判和结束

3. JOB REQUIREMENT 任职要求
At least 3 years working experience in a hotel management, hospitality or hospitality consulting firm or similar
至少3年酒店管理、酒店或相关领域工作经验
Has experience to deal with diversified types of deal include new building, conversation and renewal
有处理各种类型交易的经验,包括新建、改造和续签
Sufficient knowledge of hotel operations, management contracts, deal structuring as well as familiarize with hotel real estate markets
丰富酒店运营、管理合同、交易结构以及酒店房地产市场知识
Strong negotiation, influencing / consensus building, analytical and presentation skills
