1.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

Manage the Security function to provide a safe and secure hotel environment for our guests and employees. Adhere to hotel emergency procedures, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
管理保安部的职能,为酒店的客人和员工提供安全的环境。遵守酒店应急程序、安全或其它适用的要求,以及品牌规范和地方规章制度


2.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Key Activities of the Role)

本职工作(职务的主要工作)

Report to the General Manager and be responsible for work of security department in an all-round way.

向总经理汇报,全面负责保安部的工作。
Evaluate and check the attendance for the supervisors. Be responsible to supervise and check the guarding and fire prevention work.
评估和检查主管考勤,负责管理和检查安全保卫、消防工作。
Be responsible to train and improve the diathesis, working attitude and ability for the department employees and to carry on the public security propaganda, the fire legal system education for hotel all employees.
对下属的素质、工作态度、业务能力负有培训提高的责任,负责对全店员工进行治安宣传、消防法制教育。
If there is any important festival or activity, draw up the safety guard plans and organize the security guard to assist the relevant department to do the security work well.
遇到节假日及重大活动,须制定安全保卫方案,并组织警卫力量积极配合有关部门做好安全保卫工作。
Investigate the irregularity behavior or the cases that happen in hotel and assist the Public Security Bureau to investigate the criminal cases that happen in hotel.
对酒店内发生的一般案件或违法行为进行调查,协助公安机关侦破酒店内发生的刑事案件。
Carry on the fire laws and technical operation knowledge training for the voluntary firemen and report the fire prevention work to the security committee at regular time.
领导酒店义务消防队,定期开展活动,对他们进行消防法规、技能操作知识培训,并定期的将酒店安全防火情况上报安全委员会。
Take the precaution measure to prevent every natural calamity.
采取预防措施,防止各种自然灾害。
Refer to the daily guest and group arrival in hotel and check the security guard’s post distribution.
查阅当天住客、团队到店情况,掌握客情,检查保安员的岗位分布。
Check the post every day to ensure that the personnel on duty are duteous.
每天巡视各岗,确保所在当班人员尽心尽责。
Be responsible to instruct and assess the supervisor’s work.
负责对主管工作指导和业绩考核。
Investigate and deal with the employee’s discipline matter, criminal case, civil dissension and the loss case that happen in hotel.
组织调查并参与处理酒店员工违纪事情,店内刑事治安案件、民事纠纷以及宾客报失案件。
Hear to every department’s suggestion and opinion about security prevention and try best to provide the security consultation and surveillance for them.
认真听取各部门关于安全防范工作方面的建议和意见,努力为他们提供安全咨询并实行全面安全监督检查。
Assist the HR Dept. to have the security and fire prevention knowledge training for the new employees.
协助人事部对录用的新员工进行安全、防火知识培训。
Supervise emergency drills
监督指导紧急情况演习
Set down the fire training plan and the fire-fighting procedure and request for all the employees. Assist the ENG Dept. and other relevant departments to check the fire equipment and facilities at regular time.
制定全店员工消防培训计划和扑灭初起火灾的程序和要求,会同工程部等有关部门定期检查全店的消防设施。
Be responsible to manage hotel fire equipment and facilities and replace the fire extinguishers on schedule. Bring forward the budget for various equipment which be needed to buy.
负责对酒店消防器材及设施的管理,按期更换灭火器等,提出新购与添购的各类设备的预算。
Attach importance to document work, establish and improve all kinds of security work data files, collect security work information, scientific management, improve efficiency.
重视文档工作,建立、健全各类安全保卫工作资料档案,搜集安全工作信息,科学管理,提高效率。
Establish and improve the hotel safety committee, fire committee and other organizations and presided over the daily work.
建立、健全酒店安全委员会、消防委员会等组织并主持日常工作。
Keep contact and cooperate with the surveillance department such as Public Security Bureau, the local government, the frontier defense detachment, the Armed Police department, the fire detachment, various armies and the security departments of other hotels.
保持与公安机关、政府有关部门、消防支队、各政府等业务主管部门、兄弟酒店保卫部门的密切联系,相互配合,通力合作。
Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor.
您还应接受您的主管指派的与该岗位相关的其它工作。


3. JOB REQUIREMENT 任职要求

4 years and above previous concerned working experience in 5-star hotels of international chain, and the working experience with the same job is preferred.

四年以上国际连锁五星级酒店相关工作经验,具有本岗位工作经验者优先考虑

Knowledge of hotel safety management and related professional knowledge, knowledge of national and local laws and regulations.
具备酒店安全管理及相关专业的知识,了解国家及地方相关法律法规等知识
Good relationship with the local government agencies. 

与本地政府机关保持良好关系
Participated in professional security management training.
