Within established procedures and policies, assist the eCommerce, Revenue Management, and Brand departments in executing all possible tasks related to online marketing.

Ensure guest reservation information is successfully passed to the hotel systems, analyze booking data, and assist group management with increasing overall revenue.

Responsible for executing and maintaining digital commerce projects.
负责数字商务项目的执行与维护;
Provide customer service, timely respond to and assist with resolving guest inquiries, complaints, etc.
做好客服接待工作,及时回复并协助处理客人的疑问,投诉等。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES 主要职责
Responsible for managing daily operations and room inventory/pricing for reservations from social media channels and some offline sales channels; handle online orders, payments, after-sales, etc. for customers to improve satisfaction
负责通过社交媒体渠道的预订及部分线下销售渠道的日常维护、酒店房态房价调整等;处理客户的线上订单、支付、售后等事宜,提高客户满意度;
Provide customer service to respond to inquiries, complaints, and suggestions; deliver timely and professional solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
做好客服接待工作,解答客户等咨询、投诉和建议,提供及时、专业等解决方案,确保客户等满意度和忠诚度;
Maintain Barony Group operations on various digital platforms including but not limited to official website, WeChat mini program, WeChat video account, Tik Tok, Xiaohongshu, etc.; analyze customer usage data to provide data support and reference for business decisions
维护君廷集团在各数字平台的运营,包括但不限于官网、微信小程序、微信视频号、抖音、小红书等平台,分析客户使用数据,为集团的业务决策提供数据支持和参考;
Assist the eCommerce department with integrating systems related to digital platforms to ensure smooth running
协助电商部对接数字平台相关联的系统,确保数字渠道顺畅运行;
Under the guidance of the Brand department, assist with formulating digital commerce strategies, editing copy, and supporting daily digital operations and maintenance
在品牌部的指导下,协助制定数字商务策略、编辑文字文案、支持部门内部开展日常数字运营和维护;
Assist the Brand department with preparing and publishing social media content related to company branding, including press releases, blogs, and social media posts
协助品牌部准备和发布公司品牌相关的社交媒体内容,包括新闻稿、博客和社交媒体的帖子;
Establish media contacts and coordinate interviews
与媒体建立联系并协调采访事宜;
Assist with planning and organizing various marketing promotional activities including exhibitions, promotions, etc.
协助策划和组织各种市场推广活动,包括展览、促销等;
Maintain the hotels' good reputation and assist the group with achieving higher profits
保持酒店的良好声誉并协助集团赢得更高的利润。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
Preferred qualifications include a diploma or professional certification in sales and marketing, hotel management, business administration, or related fields.
销售和营销、酒店管理、工商管理或相关领域的文凭或职业证书优先
1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1年相关经验或同等的教育和经验
Proficient with Office Software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
熟练使用office工具,Word, Excel, power points
Good listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities in Mandarin and English
