The Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake is looking for Learning and Development Manager who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

Plan, organize, direct and control the work of employees in the Banquet while ensuring exceptional service and attention to guests

SUMMARY 岗位概述:

Delivers workplace learning, performance improvement programs, and initiatives to best achieve long-term business success; add value in meeting the hotel’s needs by identifying and implementing learning and performance improvement strategies that support the hotel’s strategic direction; promotes a continuous learning culture; partners with stakeholders to ensure managers’ leadership skills are developed by means of their competencies and employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain service excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS主要职责:
1.Benchmark the learning function with Corporate Learning Success Levels regularly
2.Partner with Quality Assurance Manager to determine performance gaps and conduct learning needs analysis on the regular basis
3.Ensure all compulsory training programs are conducted according to corporate policy, include but not limited to:
- EMBARK (all components)
- ASPECT
- NEW MANAGER ORIENTATION
- DESIGNATED TRAINER
- COMPLIANCE TRAINING
4.Assist Director of P&C and Plan Committee in conducting leadership competency trainings.
5.Market the learning function’s programs and initiatives
6.Organize Manager in Training (MIT) Program selection and coordinate with PCs and department heads to ensure the program takes place as per the standards.
7.Partner with Quality Assurance Manager to coach and develop Designated Trainers (DT) in their role and responsibilities
8.Create and adhere to an annual budget for all training programs, initiatives, and learning resources
9.Prepare and produce monthly, quarterly and yearly training calendars that reflect performance gaps and learning needs
10.Responsible for external cross training coordination.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS其它职责:
1.Coordinate and organize programs facilitated by internal and external trainers
2.Assist in coordinating employee events
3.Assist in designing and implementing grooming standards

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS任职要求:

Education 教育水平:
University degree or equivalence

Experience 工作经验:
1.Minimum of 3 year work experience in learning & development function
2.Experienced in adult learning or a similar environment
3.Experienced in managing diverse cultures
4.Experience in hotel operation is preferred

Skills and Abilities 技能及能力:
1.Self-motivated with proven ability to deliver quality solutions within tight deadlines
2.Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver programs and present to audience
3.Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
4.Strong in project management and process management, analytical and strategic thinking/decision making
5.Detailed oriented, good execution and follow up
