Responsibilities 


1. Supervises and works with part-timer to set up and breakdown rooms for functions.

监督以及协同临时员工布置及整理宴会会场。

2. Set up tables and all arrangements in accordance with details in Banquet Event Order.

按照宴会要求细节布置餐桌及周围环境。

3. Serves in function in accordance to the operations manual and Four Seasons standards.

依照四季标准及操作流程,在宴会中提供服务。

4. Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place at service station according to Banquet Event Order.

依照宴会要求完成服务工作台的清洁及准备工作。

5. Able to obtain all general and food requisition from storeroom.

保证所有相关日常物品及食品的充沛供应。

6. Transports soiled dish from function room to kitchen and deposit them at the Stewarding area.

将脏的餐具从宴会厅移至厨房并正确堆放于管事部清洁区域。

7. Accommodate any last minute changes or arrangements requested by guest in timely basis and most professional manner.

以专业的态度及时满足客人需求。

8. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

遵守四季员工手册工作行为规范中的第一部分和第二部分。

9. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

与同事及上司保持专业,和谐的工作关系。


Preferred Qualifications and Skills

1. College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.

2. Requires good reading and oral in the English language.

3. Ability to communicate professional and accurately via telephone.

4. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required
