SUMMARY 岗位概述

Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Hotel’s All-Day or Fine Dining Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction.

做好计划工作，组织，监管和指导酒店全日餐厅或高级餐厅的员工，确保顾客的满意。

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS核心职责

· Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees, supervisors and assistant managers in the Hotel’s All Day or Fine Dining Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met with long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.

挑选，培训，评估，指导，鼓励，教诲和训练酒店全日餐厅或高级餐厅的所有员工，主管及副经理，确保建立符合餐厅长远营运战略计划的文化及核心标准。

· The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts. (20%)

在营运过程中，具备卓越的实际操作能力，保持良好的公众关系，处理各类投诉，满足顾客，委托人，公司联系人的一些特殊请求。

· Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

确保所有食品，原料及加工工艺的品质，在优雅的环境中向顾客提供专业的酒水知识，为顾客提供一个与众不同的用餐经历。

· Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.

通过有效的行程安排，预算单，采购决定，库存清单管理及现金管理，控制劳动力和营运花销。

· Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.

参加日常营运会议，确保与各部门保持良好的合作关系。

· Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

做好部门内所有设施和设备的维护工作，如需要，对于设备的改进提出建设性建议。

· Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

· Assist with the service of food and beverages to guests.
