Responsibilities
工作职责

·   Responsible for his own personal hygiene and grooming, as per the policies and operating procedure
根据相关规章和营运规程，做好个人卫生，注重仪容仪表
·    To ensure mise en place at the bar are in order
做好吧台的所有准备工作
·    Responsible for the prompt preparation of drinks accordingly to the standard recipes
能够根据标准配方表，快速地制作出各类饮品
Daily Duties
日常职责
·    Assist the service in the provision of high standard of service at all times
随时提供高标准的服务
·    Maintains the cleanliness of the bar and replenish，the bar when required
保持吧台的整洁，确保吧台物品的充沛
·    Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner 
礼貌有效的解答顾客的询问
·    To take order with up selling technique 
为顾客点单，同时懂得使用促销的技巧
·    Constantly strives to improve his/her work performance, achieve higher work
不断地努力，提高工作质量
·    productivity and increase each guest’s satisfaction
提供高效的服务，增加顾客的满意度
 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
优先考虑的资格和技能

1. High school education or equivalent experience.
2. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required
3. 4 - 6 years working experience in hotels or similar facilities.
1. 高中或同等以上学历。
2. 必须会讲普通话，在中国需要工作许可。
3. 4-6年在五星级酒店的工作经验。
