（一）日常清洁工作
1.熟练使用各类清洁工具、清洁用品，规范操作。
2.负责酒店大堂地面墙面清洁、客用电梯轿厢清洁保养；4-5楼公区及客用洗手间、28楼公区及客用洗手间、停车场、消防楼梯等区域全面清洁，包含公共卫生间墙面、座厕、镜面、洗手台、地面等。
3.负责行政领导办公室卫生清扫与家私保养。
4.清洁电梯轿厢、电梯轨道，确保轿厢无手印、浮灰。
5.清理外围广场花木箱垃圾，绿植浇水、擦尘。
6.酒店公区内玻璃清洁。
7.出租写字楼6-7楼外包公共区域保洁、洗手间清洁。
（二）岗位安全工作
1.巡查责任区域，发现未熄灭烟头及时浇灭。
2.雨天铺设公区防滑垫，摆放小心地滑警示牌。
3.熟记消防“三懂三会”及四个能力，掌握消防器材使用方法，可引导客人前往安全疏散通道。
4.按照部门安全作业流程开展工作。
任职资格
1.基本条件：初中及以上学历，身体健康，无影响保洁作业的疾病，能适应轮班、节假日上班，可胜任站立、弯腰、搬运等体力工作。
2.专业技能：熟练操作各类保洁设备、清洁工具；掌握大理石、地毯养护知识，熟悉各类清洁剂特性与使用方法，了解PA物料管理常识；能够独立完成公区、卫生间、玻璃、电梯等清洁作业。
3.安全知识：熟悉酒店消防知识，牢记消防“三懂三会”及四个能力，会使用消防器材，能够指引客人安全疏散；掌握保洁作业安全规范，做好防滑、防坠等安全防护。
4.职业素养：品行端正，爱岗敬业，服从主管工作安排；做事认真细致，责任心强，遵守酒店各项规章制度；工作主动，有良好服务意识，维护酒店公共区域形象。
5.其他要求：有酒店PA保洁工作经验优先；工作中爱护酒店设施设备，节约清洁物料。
