As a Senior Guest Experience Talent (Front Office Supervisor), we rely on you to:
作为高级顾客体验专才(前厅主管)，我们需要您:
1. Ensure all guests enjoy the best possible hotel experience.
确保所有客人都能享受到最好的酒店体验。
2. Provide help and assistance to all guests.
为所有客人提供帮助和解决问题。
3. Good command of working knowledge of the front desk and familiar with the daily operation of the front desk.
掌握前台/服务中心的工作知识并且熟悉前台日常运行。

We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质：
1. Minimum1 year in the same position in 5-star international hotel.
至少一年五星级酒店同等岗位工作经验。
2. Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions.
享受精心设计的创意和最佳解决方案。
3. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language) to host international guests.
良好的英语和中文口语和写作能力，以便接待国际客人。
4. Has strong interpersonal, communication skills, have passionate, energetic and fashionable personality.
具有较强的人际交往能力和沟通能力，有热情、活力和时尚的个性。
5. Good at Microsoft Office and Opera system.
熟练使用微软办公软件和Opera系统。
