We are looking for an Executive Chef.
As an Executive Chef, we rely on you to:
1. In charge of leading the culinary departments to ensure operational efficiency, driving quality standards, whilst ensuring a high level of staff engagement.
2. Create and develop menus and recipes.
3. Maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards.
4. Ensure the ultimate guest experience in the hotel.
5. Drive high standards of food preparation to increase profitability of the hotel.
6. Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire division.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Be energetic, passionate, creative, good team leader.
2. Minimum 2 years in the same position in 5-star international hotel, have pre-opening hotel experience;
3. Expert in South East Asian cuisine.
