As a Senior Finance Expert, we rely on you to:
作为成本风险控制主管，需要独立承担以下岗位职责：
1. Responsible for the cost accounting and control of purchasing materials, and check with related personnel regularly.
负责酒店采购物料的成本核算和控制，并定期与相关人员核对。
2. Responsible and maintain hotel cost management and risk control system.
负责和维护酒店成本管理和风险控制系统。
3. Conducted regular investigation and analysis of market prices to control costs more effectively.
定期对市场价格进行调查分析，更有效地控制成本。
4. Carry out work inspection of the receiving department, strictly purchase, acceptance and other related procedures and standards of various goods, food and beverage.
做好收货部门的工作检查，严格各类货物、食品、饮料的采购、验收等相关程序和标准。
5. Responsible for the monthly inventory and closing of each department, and completed the monthly cost report and cost data analysis.
负责各部门的月度盘点及结帐工作，完成月度成本报表及成本数据分析。

候选人应具备以下特质：
1. Minimum 2 years in the same position in 5-star international hotel pre-opening experience.
2年以上同等职位国际五星级酒店筹备经验。
2. Demonstrate good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
具有良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力。
3. Good team player, build team morale and have passionate, energetic, fashionable personality.
良好的团队合作精神，建立团队精神，具有热情、活力、时尚的个性。
4. Good execution and follow up.
良好的执行力和跟踪能力。
5. Good at Microsoft office and financial system.
熟练使用微软办公软件和财务系统。
