We are looking for a Director of Business Development.
As a Director of Business Development , we rely on you to :

1. Lead the business development team in the design and planning of overall hotel growth strategy 
在设计和规划酒店整体增长战略中领导业务团队；
2. Lead the team to implement business development plan
带领团队实施业务发展计划；
3. Be responsible for effective implementation and compliance of all corporate standards
负责所有公司标准的有效执行和遵守；
4.Maximise business opportunities through various channels 
通过多种渠道，发掘商机。

候选人应具备以下特质：
1. Preferably come from a business-related education background
有商业相关的教育背景者优先；
2. Preferably Has relevant experience with an international luxury hotel 
有国际豪华酒店的相关工作经验者；
3. Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo
能自我驱动、目标导向、愿意挑战现状；
4. Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
始终秉持着专业价值观、职业道德和诚信；
5. Excellent presenter and communicator 
是一名优秀的演讲者和沟通者；
6. Thinks outside of the box
跳出思维定势；
7. Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
乐于创造和提供最合适的解决方案；
8. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
能用中英双语流利的沟通和书写；
9. Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
具有较强的人际关系和沟通能力。
