工作内容：

1. Setting up and complete Sales forecasts and budget, promotional plans, and departmental production reports for management.

建立并完成销售预测和预算，促销计划和部门生产报告以供管理。

2. Participate in the preparation of the hotel’s annual budget and the setting of departmental goals.

参与准备酒店年度预算，并设定部门目标。

3. Established Local company contracts and active sales promotional plans

建立当地公司合同和有效的客房促销计划 4. Manage day-to-day sales, marketing and reservations activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.

处理销售，客房预订日常事务，计划并分配工作，为每个员工设定绩效及个人发展目标。为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈，帮助解决各种员工矛盾，提升员工业绩。

5. Educate and train team members in compliance with brand standards, service behaviours, and governmental regulations. Ensure staff has the tools, training, and equipment to carry out job duties.

遵照品牌标准、服务行为及政府法规教育和培训所有团队员工。确保员工获得恰当培训，并配备完成工作所需的各种工具和设备。

6. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Assist sales, catering and banquet staff with banquets, parties and other special events.

通过与其它部门进行日常沟通和协作促进团队合作、提高服务质量。协助销售、餐饮和宴会部员工组织宴会、派对和其它特别活动。

7. Works with Executive commitee in manpower planning and management needs

七鲤古镇项目位于章贡区水东镇七里村，赣州古城的东侧、贡江江滨，东与赣县章贡村交界，南接贡江与沙河镇相望，距赣州城区约3.5公里，规划区总面积约100公顷。项目用地面积1571.93亩，投资25.23亿元，为投+建+营一体化经营模式。中交七鲤古镇(赣州)文化旅游有限公司隶属于特大型建筑类央企“中国交建”三级项目公司，与“赣州市章贡区文旅集团”、“浙江中青旅”联合组建。负责该项目的投融资、设计、建设、运营维护等工作。项目以“宋窑古埠，幸福七鲤”为主题，分为门户文创休闲区、瓷窑文化会展区和古镇风情度假区三大区域，依托“瓷窑、漕运、庙会、客家”四大文化精要，致力打造“红三角”绿色经济圈的首席文化型古镇目的地、赣南首席休憩度假综合体和赣州首个商务文创示范区。
