作为酒店高级销售经理,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1、制定并执行酒店销售策略,确保完成年度及阶段性营收目标。
Develop and execute hotel sales strategies to achieve annual and periodic revenue targets.
2、维护并拓展重点客户关系,包括企业客户、会议团队及高端渠道客户。
Maintain and expand key client relationships, including corporate accounts, MICE groups, and premium sales channels.
3、带领销售团队进行市场开拓,监督销售活动进展,提升整体销售业绩。
Lead the sales team in market development, monitor sales activities, and improve overall sales performance.
4、分析市场趋势、竞争酒店动态及客户需求,提出有针对性的销售方案。
Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to propose targeted sales solutions.
5、与收益管理、市场营销及运营部门紧密协作,优化价格策略与客户体验。
Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize pricing strategies and guest experience.
We are looking someone who:

1、酒店管理、市场营销或相关专业大专及以上学历。
Diploma or above in Hotel Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2、1年以上酒店销售经验,其中至少2年以上资深销售或管理岗位经验。
Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, with at least 2 years in a senior sales or supervisory role.
3、熟悉本地及区域酒店市场,具备丰富的客户资源和商务谈判能力。
Strong knowledge of local and regional hotel markets with an established client network and negotiation skills.
4、具备优秀的沟通能力、团队管理能力及结果导向意识。
Excellent communication, team management, and strong results-driven mindset.
