岗位职责：
1、协助部门经理强化内部管理，加强队伍建设。
To assist department head consolidate internal management, enhance teamwork.                                                                      2、及时了解和掌握员工思想状态及工作情况。
To know the notion and working situation of staff.    
3、负责安排部门培训工作，不断提高员工业务技能及对客服务意识。
Take charge of departmental training, to improve job skill and service consciousness of staff.       
4、 协助经理落实和强化饭店安全防范工作，减少各类刑事、治安案件的发生，杜绝火灾责任事故。
 To assist department head carry out hotel safety work, reduce happening of law case, to stop happening of fire. 
5、定期组织员工进行消防安全学习和培训，协助、审议各部门消防安全培训计划。
Organize the fire safety training periodically.  
6、做好各类接待任务的安全警卫工作，合理布置警卫力量
 Do the safety guard of big event well, to deploy the quarters reasonable.   
7、 协助经理落实和强化饭店安全防范工作，减少各类刑事、治安案件的发生，杜绝火灾责任事故。 
 To assist department head carry out hotel safety work, reduce happening of law case, to stop happening of fire.   
8、制定消防培训及演习计划，每年至少组织一次消防实战演习。
Work  out  the fire drill training , and have the fire drill  once a year at least.   
9、完成部门经理交办的其它工作任务。
To accomplish other mission arranged by department head.   
任职要求： 
1、具备高中或同等以上学历。
High school or equivalent education required. 
2、治安、消防业务知识及技能，良好的对客服务意识及技能。
 Knowledge and skill of public security and fire fighting , upstanding service consciousness and skill.  
3、2-4年以上在安全部门，并具备管理经验。和酒店工作有关更佳。
2-4 years supervisory / management in security loss prevention, related hotel or lodging preferred.  Working knowledge of constitutional, statutory and civil law.
4、男性、45岁以内，身高175厘米以上
Male, within 45 years old，175 cm or taller
