岗位职责：
1、向总经理提供专业的建议及行政上的支持，以达到酒店的战略目标。Provides a professional, advisory and executive support to the General Manager in meeting strategic goals.
2、在酒店指导方针指引下，协助总经理规划年度预算，制定市场战略及促销计划。
Plans and develops annual budget, marketing strategies and promotion plans with General Manager based on hotel and corporate guidelines.
3、设定并达到酒店目标，销售及预算收入。
To set and meet hotel objectives, sales target and budgeted revenues.
4、制定酒店价格策略及销售目标
Establishes pricing strategies and sales targets for the hotel。
5、不断检验和监督客户预订和网上订房情况
Constant review and monitor sales account and online activities
6、每周例行召开销售会议以检验和评估酒店业绩，销售策略及市场细分策略，使酒店的经营利润达到最大化
Conduct weekly sales and revenue meeting to review & evaluate on hotel performance, pricing grid, sales strategies and distribution strategies methods to increase business for the hotel with maximum results.
任职资格：
1、大学本科以上文化程度，酒店管理等相关专业              
University Graduate or above education level，Graduation from Hotel Management related professional
2、熟知销售系统并具有良好的沟通能力，妥善处理及回复客人需求；
Fully versed in Sales System with high level of interpersonal skills;Able to handle guest request and feedback in a professional manner;
3、了解旅游产业和宴会销售，对市场走势具有一定的分析和见解；
Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry and Catering Sales，Ability and understanding of the market trends;        
4、具有至少五年国际连锁酒店的相关经验
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
