岗位职责：
1.监管预订部日常运作，对预订员的日程工作进行安排；
Supervised the daily operation of reservation Department and arranged the schedule of reservation staff;
2.管理客房量以达到最高入住率，平均房价和收入，检查不同市场和渠道预订价格格准确性。必要时调整全球中央预订系統可售房价；
Manage room volumes to achieve maximum occupancy, average rates and revenue, and check the accuracy of bookings in different markets and channels. Adjust the available rates of the global central reservation System if necessary;
3.确保客大预订信息和历史记录准确输入系統；
 Ensure the accurate input of major booking information and historical records into the system;
4.管理团队预订，确保预留正确的团队信息；
 Manage team reservations and ensure that correct team information is reserved;
5.检查前一天的预定情况和所有重要客户的预定信息；
 Check the booking status of the previous day and the booking information of all important customers;
6.与酒店集团紧密联系，并定期更新酒店的信息和房间设备以备销售；
Keep close contact with the hotel group and regularly update the hotel information and room equipment for sale;
7.参加员工招聘并组织每个月所有预订员工的在职培训，监督和管理工作务必确保达到客人最大满意度。
Participate in employee recruitment and organize monthly in-service training for all reservation staff, supervise and manage work to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
岗位要求：
1、全日制大专（含）以上学历
Aassociate degree or above
2、酒店管理等相关专业                                                                 
Graduation from Hotel Management related professional
3、具有至少2年国际连锁酒店的相关经验
Minimum2 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
4、熟练操作微软等操作系统; 必须具有良好的中英文交流及写作能力。                                                  
 Proficient with Microsoft Windows other software; Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin .
