岗位职责：
1.了解酒店产品知识、包括餐饮、客房、宴会、健身等设施，能够回答客人关于这些方面的所有问题。                         
Have knowledge about hotel product knowledge, including Food& Beverage, Guest Room, Banquet, Health club ect and can answer all these questions to our guest.
2.全面了解酒店的各项规定和程序及部门标准操作程序。
Have a complete knowledge of hotel policies and procedures as well as departmental SOP.
3.了解并正确组织实施应急预案。
Have knowledge about all emergency procedures and know how to act on them.
4.负责保证客人的意见都被反馈，并记入客人历史数据库。
Be responsible for the ensuring that all the guest comments are reponsed and are updated in all necessary Guest History databases. 
5.在客人提出地点查询服务时提供相关服务。
Responsible for locater service upon guest’s request.
6.充分了解饭店和营业时间，确保正确回答客人的问题。
Have thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and hours of operation, to ensure correct response to guests questions.
7.确保顾客需求和合理要求被满足。
Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
任职资格：
1.大学及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业
University and above，Graduation from Hotel Management related professional
2.甜美的音色，适当语音语调和语速
Sweet & lovely voice, proper tone & speed
3. 良好的英语能力以及沟通技巧
Good English language skill and communication skill
4.具有相关工作经验者将会优先考虑
Previous concerned working experience is preferred
