岗位职责：
1.确保员工清楚地认识到自己的职责并严格履行。                             Ensure all associates are aware of role and responsibilities and operate within their guidelines.                                            2. 与同级员工团结合作，对员工进行对客服务、操作和沟通技巧的培训。                                    
Work together with staff in the same level, train and retrain on proactive hospitality skills, technical skills and communication skills.
3.负责工作区域的清洁、卫生和有序。
Ensure that work area is always clean, neat and organized.
4.监督和分派任务给行李员、迎宾员、司机。
Supervise and delegate duties to Bellman, Doorman，Driver  .
5.确保客人登记完毕后，行李被迅速地送到客人房间。
Ensure all guest baggage are delivered promptly to their rooms after registration.
6.当团队行李抵/离店时，确保在门口指定的地方装/卸行李；行李车按指示停在门口，防止正门交通阻塞。
Coordinate the delivery and collection of tour/ group baggage upon arrival and departure Ensure that at  all times the loading/ unloading of tour bags to be done at the appointed area outside the main entrance with no obstruction by the baggage van at the entrance .
7.确保所有长期寄存的行李都被登记并将行李寄存牌交给客人。
Ensure all baggage held for long term storage are recorded and claim tickets issued to guests .
8.确保所有属于对客服务的文件、记录被准确的记录、维护和更新。
Ensure all working files and records pertaining to guest services are accurately recorded, maintained and updated .
9.每周一次的车辆检查。
Conduct weekly inspect all vehicles.
任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，酒店管理相关专业。
College degree or above, major in hotel management.
2.至少两年以上相关工作经验
Min. 2  years concerned working experience required.
3.良好的英语能力
Good English language skill
4.良好的沟通技巧
Good communication skill
