职位描述

岗位职责:

1.依照标准化菜单的要求,以质量和外观为重点,负责厨房和管事部工作的顺利进行,并对员工进行培训。

 Responsible for the smooth operation of kitchen and stewarding department according to the requirements of standardized menu, focusing on quality and appearance, and training staff.

2.遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。

Comply with local health and safety regulations, or other applicable regulations, as well as brand specifications and local regulations. 

3.根据菜单上菜品的销售额,回顾菜品的盈利状况及受欢迎的情况,并根据需要做调整。

Review the profitability and popularity of dishes according to the sales of dishes on the menu, and make adjustments as needed。

4.参加起草所有特别活动的菜单,推出新主意,同时鼓励所有员工提出他们的想法,需要时可加以采用。

Participate in drafting menus for all special events, introducing new ideas and encouraging all employees to present their ideas for use as needed.

5.根据酒店餐饮和菜单的标准,监督所有厨房食物的准备和摆设。

 Supervise the preparation and presentation of all kitchen food according to hotel catering and menu standards.

6.监督食品制作规范,保证食品质量。

 Supervise food production standards to ensure food quality.

7.监督厨房一切事物的卫生,根据有效的配备制度,协调厨房服务员的工作以确保厨房所有地方随时保持卫生并达到酒店的标准 。

Supervises the hygiene of everything in the kitchen and coordinates the work of kitchen attendants according to an effective equipment system to ensure that all kitchen areas are kept clean and up to hotel standards at all times.

8.与仓库员共同控制食物的采购情况。

9.管理排班表的起草工作,确保覆盖所有工作领域,但不超出酒店的年度人力配置和工资预算。

Manage the drafting of schedules to ensure that all areas of work are covered but within the hotel's annual staffing and payroll budget.

任职资格:

1.中专以上学历,烹饪专业。

Technical secondary school or above, major in cooking.

2.餐饮技能或相关专业的大专或职业证书。

College or vocational certificate in catering skills or related field.

3.5年厨师工作经验,包括至少2年的管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。

5 years working experience as a chef, including at least 2 years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
