岗位职责：
1.协助培训经理管理酒店培训系统，并监督培训工作实施，同时完成基础培训课程。
Assist Training Manager manage hotel training system, and ensure the training courses are practised within hotel. Lead the training courses.
2.确保所有员工完成培训课程。
Ensure all associates can participate training course.
3.贯彻标准和相应服务保证培训和发展符合酒店实际情况
Implement tools and services to ensure training and development programs meet the hotel’s objectives.
4.保留并更新培训数据和资料。
 Keep and track training data. 
5.维护酒店培训档案系统，保持更新状态。
Maintain hotel training filling system, and ensure it is updated in time.
6.协助人力资源部总监和培训部经理组织酒店员工活动。
Assist DOHR and Training Manager organize hotel associates activities.
任职资格：
1.全日制大专（含）以上学历
Bachelor’s degree required.
2.至少二年相关酒店工作经验。
At least 2 years experience at hospitility indutry.
3.英文口语及书写流利。
Good command of English both verbal and written.
4.熟悉人力资源部运作系统及劳动法规。
Familiar with HR operation system and labor laws.
5.电脑熟练。
Good computer skill.
