岗位职责：
1.监督管事部门每日的运营。
Supervise the daily operation of the stewarding department.
2.负责维护整个食品服务区的卫生状况。
Responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the whole food service area.
3.控制储藏室的发货及分发瓷器，银器和玻璃器皿。
 Control the delivery and distribution of China, silver and glassware in the storeroom.
4.确保所有餐饮营业场所有充足的设备进行工作。
Ensure all f&B outlets have adequate equipment to work.
5.遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
 Comply with local health and safety regulations, or other applicable regulations, as well as brand specifications and local regulations.
6. 负责餐具清洗、保管、发放等日常管理工作。
 Responsible for daily management of tableware cleaning, storage and distribution.
7. 管理厨房设备使用前的准备工作。
Manage the preparation of kitchen equipment before use.
8.管理厨房物品的接收和存储。
 Manage the reception and storage of kitchen items.
9.监督厨房设备的清洁和存放。
Supervise the cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment.
10.管理废品的清除。
Supervise kitchen cleaning.
任职资格：
1.餐饮技能或相关专业的大专或职业证书。
College or vocational certificate in catering skills or related field.
2. 2年相关经验包括至少1年的管理经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
Two years of relevant experience includes at least one year of management experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
