任职要求：
Qualifications:
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业优先。
1. College degree or above, hotel management related major is preferred.
2、从事酒店物资采购管理五年以上经验，具有丰富的物资、财务管理知识；具有五星级酒店筹开期采购经验者优先。
2. Engaged in hotel material procurement management for more than five years, with rich knowledge of material and financial management; experience in five-star hotel procurement is preferred.
3、掌握国内、国外有关货源情况，了解市场行情。
3. Grasp the domestic and foreign supply situation and understand the market situation.
4、熟悉各种商品知识。
4. Familiar with various commodity knowledge.
5、精通采购业务，熟悉仓库管理业务。
5. Proficient in procurement business, familiar with warehouse management business.
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
1、直接对分管领导、酒店负责，全面主持采购部工作，确保各项任务的顺利完成。
1. Directly responsible for the leaders in charge and the hotel, and fully preside over the work of the procurement department to ensure the smooth completion of various tasks.
2、审核年度采购计划、采购项目，审查各部门领用物资数量，合理控制，减少损耗。
2. Review the annual procurement plan and procurement projects, review the quantity of materials received by various departments, reasonably control, and reduce losses.
3、全面主持大宗商品订购的业务洽谈，督促下属仓库负责人把好进货的验收和质量关，保证物质供应和仓储正常。
3. Comprehensively preside over the business negotiation of bulk commodity ordering, supervise the responsible person of the subordinate warehouse to check the acceptance and quality of the purchased goods, and ensure the normal supply and storage of materials.
4、教育属下员工在工作中，要遵纪守法，对工作认真负责，不贪污、不受贿。按酒店计划完成各类物资采购及安全保管任务，尽可能在预算范围内做到节支降耗。
4. Educate subordinate employees to abide by discipline and law, be conscientious and responsible for their work, and not be corrupt or bribe-taking. Complete all kinds of material procurement and safe storage tasks according to the hotel plan, and achieve cost savings and consumption reductions within the budget as much as possible.
5、督促采购组、仓库组负责人，加强对下属员工素质培训，不断提高员工的业务水平和工作能力。
5. Supervise the heads of the purchasing team and the warehouse group, strengthen the quality training of subordinate employees, and continuously improve the business level and working ability of employees.
