岗位职责：
- 记录制冷室每日工作情况及制冷效果，确保设备运行正常。
- 对制冷设备如冷水机、商用冷库/冷冻室和其它商业或工业设备进行维修、定期维护及防护检修。
- 维护空气处理机组、新风处理机组和通风盘管。
- 使用监管日志表，监控并记录HVAC设备和系统的运行情况。
- 按照推荐方法每周定期进行预防性维护，并详细记录维护工作和使用的材料。
- 对现行的运作或系统提出改善意见，以便以更经济的方式达到最高的工作效率。
- 确保过滤器、制冷/制热线圈及滤网均无灰尘，冷凝排水管无堵塞。
- 确保随时有足够的零配件和原料以保证工作持续进行。
- 确保工作区域保持清洁有序。
- 定期检查操作阀是否运转自由且润滑充分。
- 如零配件和原料不足，应通知空调主管和值班工程师以便及时订货。
- 保存最新的设备档案并记录所有的故障。
- 使用安全的工作方法。
- 汇报当班时发现的隐患。
- 参加酒店的抢救队或消防队。
- 参加人身安全防护培训和必须参加的培训课程。
- 参加酒店的节能计划。
- 遵循酒店的健康、安全和卫生条例。
- 完成上级布置的其他任务。
Responsibilities:
- Record the daily working conditions and refrigeration effect of the refrigeration room to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
- Repair, regular maintenance and protective overhaul of refrigeration equipment such as chillers, commercial cold storage/freezers and other commercial or industrial equipment.
- Maintenance of air handling units, fresh air treatment units and ventilation coils.
- Monitor and record the operation of HVAC equipment and systems using the Regulatory Log Table.
- Regular weekly preventive maintenance in accordance with the recommended method and detailed documentation of the maintenance work and materials used.
- Propose improvements to existing operations or systems in order to achieve maximum efficiency in a more economical manner.
- Ensure that the filter, refrigeration/hot coil and strainer are free of dust and that the condensing drain is not clogged.
- Ensure that there are enough spare parts and raw materials at all times to ensure that the work continues.
- Make sure the work area is kept clean and orderly.
- Regularly check that the operating valve is operating freely and fully lubricated.
- If the spare parts and raw materials are insufficient, the air conditioning supervisor and the engineer on duty should be notified so that the order can be ordered in time.
- Keep up-to-date equipment files and record all faults.
- Use safe working methods.
- Report on hidden dangers found during the shift.
- Join the hotel's rescue team or fire brigade.
- Attend personal safety training and mandatory training courses.
- Participate in the hotel's energy saving program.
- Follow the hotel's health, safety and hygiene regulations.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
岗位要求：
- 制冷与空调、工程或其它相关专业职业证书。
- 1年工程服务工作经验，或与此相当的教育和工作经验结合的背景。
Job Requirements:
- Vocational certificates in refrigeration and air conditioning, engineering or other related professions.
- 1 year of engineering service work experience, or a background equivalent to education and work experience.
