岗位职责：
-与酒店其他部门-前台、销售部、为您服务中心、客房部等作好协调，安排和客户的预订和其他需求
-主动进行增值销售，实现收益最大化
-确保所有信息按集团标准和要求输入系统
-经过财务部的核查，协助作好月度OTA返佣工作
-通过电话问询了解竞争酒店价格策略
-所在酒店的设施设备不符合客户需求时可推荐集团中的姐妹酒店给客户
-协助预订部经理准备定期报表以作市场分析
-根据酒店标准正确穿着制服或职业装
-遵循标准安排销售操作，包括电话处理,守时,酒店的规则,规章和当地操作流程
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other departments of the hotel - front desk, sales department, service center, housekeeping department, etc., arrange and customer reservations and other needs
-The Company is actively engaged in value-added sales to maximize revenue
- Ensure that all information is entered into the system according to group standards and requirements
-After verification by the Finance Department, assist in the monthly OTA rebate work
- Inquire over the phone to learn about competitive hotel pricing strategies
-If the facilities of the hotel do not meet the customer's needs, we can recommend the sister hotels in the group to the customer
- Assisted the Reservation Manager in preparing periodic statements for market analysis
- Correct uniform or professional attire according to hotel standards
- Follow standards to arrange sales operations including telephone handling, punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and local operating procedures
岗位要求：
-至少1年以上工作经验，酒店工作经验都最佳
-良好的内部沟通技巧。
-能根据要求使用电脑软件并完成报告
-能够与不同部门进行有效的沟通
-英语和中文书写、听说熟练 
-良好的通识教育，最好是大学毕业生
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year working experience, hotel work experience is the best
- Good internal communication skills.
- Ability to use computer software and complete reports upon request
-Ability to communicate effectively with different departments
- Proficient in English and Chinese writing, listening and speaking 
- Good general education, preferably a college graduate
