岗位职责：
-按照到岗，仪容仪表符合要求，接受领导分派的工作。
-按“餐厅卫生标准及计划表”，完成本岗位的卫生工作。
-按照规格要求，布置餐厅和餐桌，摆台及补充各种，做好开餐前的准备。
-协助做好餐厅的服务准备工作，包括：
-清洁设备。
-分类和存储设备。
-保持玻璃器皿的清洁以备使用。
-保持餐具的清洁以备使用。
-保持瓷器的清洁以备使用。
-建立和保持良好的员工关系。
-参加班前会议，了解当日预订情况。
-按指定位置站立迎宾。
-为客人提供周到的优质服务。
-询问客人是否有安排菜肴，询问酒水及饮料，向客人主动、准确地推荐和介绍菜肴。
-根据订单逐项上茶、上酒水饮料、上菜。
-及时为客人上菜，以保证菜肴出品质量。
-按要求巡台，密切注意客人的需求，随时为客人提供服务，努力使客人满意。
-遇客人有疑难，主动为其解决。
-准确为客人结账。
-拉椅送客，检查有无客人遗留物品.
-做好餐后收尾工作
-征求和收集客人的饮食爱好，及时反馈餐厅经理，记录部门客史档案。
努力做好服务用品的维护，使用，和保养在保证水准的前提下，努力降低物品消耗。
Responsibilities:
- According to the arrival of the post, the grooming and instruments meet the requirements, and accept the work assigned by the leader.
- Complete the hygiene work of this position according to the "Restaurant Hygiene Standards and Schedule".
-According to the specifications, the restaurant and table are set up, set up and replenished, and prepared before the meal.
- Assist in preparing the restaurant's services, including:

- Attend a pre-class meeting to check on the availability of reservations on the day.
- Stand up and greet at the designated position.
- Attentive and excellent service to guests.
- Ask guests if they have any dishes to arrange, ask about drinks and beverages, and actively and accurately recommend and introduce dishes to guests.
-Serve tea, drinks, and dishes one by one according to the order.
-Serve to guests in a timely manner to ensure the quality of the dishes.
- Patrol the station as required, pay close attention to the needs of guests, provide services to guests at any time, and strive to make guests satisfied.
-In case of guests having problems, take the initiative to solve them.
- Accurate checkout for guests.
-Pull a chair to drop off guests and check for any items left behind by guests.
-Finish the meal
- Solicit and collect guests' eating preferences, timely feedback to restaurant managers, and record departmental customer history files.
Strive to do a good job in the maintenance, use, and maintenance of service supplies under the premise of ensuring the standard, and strive to reduce the consumption of goods.
岗位要求：
-良好的沟通能力。
-食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
-具备基础的英语读写能力。
-初中及以上学历。
-拥有食品服务经验并具有餐厅运营的一般性知识者优先考虑。
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Food service license or valid health or food induction certificate.
- Basic English literacy skills.
- Junior high school or above.
- Experience in food service and general knowledge of restaurant operations is preferred.
