职位描述

岗位职责:

1.负责所分配的客房和服务区域的整洁。

2.当客房处于”请勿打扰”状态时,尊重客人的隐私。

3.尽可能地为客人提供帮助,响应客人的要求。

4.按照程序和标准打扫和补给客房。

5.随时保证万能钥匙的安全。

6.保持手推车的整洁和充分的补给。

7.维持所有的装备处于良好的工作状态。

8.保持布草房的整洁和井井有条。

9.向楼层主管汇报任何布草,家具,固定物或装置的丢失或损害。

10.向客房主管报告养护的不足。

11.按时穿戴正确的制服和名牌。

12.随时提供有礼貌的和专业的服务。

13.与本部门和其它部门的同事保持良好的工作关系。

14.需要时提供开夜床服务。

15.为客户提供高质量的服务。

16.确保满足客人的需要和合理的要求。

17.寻找机会不断地改善服务质量。

18.采取恰当的方式解决客人的投诉。

19.促动酒店和温德姆产品和服务的销售。

20.保持高水平的产品和服务知识,以便为客人解释服务和便利设施并将这些服务和便利设施销售出去。

21.坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。

22.坚持酒店的清洁和养护。

23.保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。

24.完成你上级交待的其它任务。

25.加入酒店的项目工作组时,认真履行相应职责。

26.完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the cleanliness of the allocated rooms and service areas.

2. When the room is in a "Do Not Disturb" state, respect the privacy of the guests.

3. Try to help guests as much as possible and respond to their requests.

4. Clean and replenish the room according to procedures and standards.

5. Ensure the safety of the master key at any time.

6. Keep the trolley tidy and adequately replenished.

7. Keep all equipment in good working condition.

8. Keep the linen room tidy and organized.

9. Report to the floor supervisor of any loss or damage to linen, furniture, fixtures or fixtures.

10. Report the lack of maintenance to the housekeeping supervisor.

11. Wear the correct uniform and brand name tag on time.

12. Polite and professional service at all times.

13. Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues in this department and other departments.

14. Turndown service is available when required.

15. Provide customers with high quality services.

16. Ensure that guests' needs and reasonable requests are met.

17. Look for opportunities to continuously improve the quality of service.

18. Take appropriate measures to resolve guest complaints.

19. Facilitate the sale of hotels and Wyndham products and services.

20. Maintain a high level of knowledge of products and services in order to explain and sell services and amenities to guests.

21. Adhere to the hotel safety system, emergency handling regulations and procedures.

22. Adhere to the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.

23. Keep the work area where the maintenance is located highly tidy.

24. Complete other tasks assigned by your superiors.

25. When joining the hotel's project working group, conscientiously fulfill the corresponding responsibilities.

26. Complete other tasks assigned by the hotel management.

岗位要求:

-良好的沟通能力及管理能力。

-能说简单的英文,能从电脑上读懂房态。

-至少1年酒店工作经验。

-具有良好清洁剂使用及清洁房间方面的知识。

高中或职业培训学校

Job Requirements:

-Good communication and management skills.

- Can speak simple English and can read room conditions from a computer.

- At least 1 year working experience in hotels.

-Knowledge of the use of good cleaners and the cleaning of rooms.

High school or vocational training school
