工作职责：
1、全面负责营销中心整体工作及日常管理；
2、制订价格政策、营销策略、推广计划与预算；
3、了解本地经济及政府政策，分析所在地区市场变化情况并预测经营趋势；
4、制订营销中心业绩目标与部门内部业绩指标分配体系，完成经营指标；
5、参加行业交流与展会，拜访、接待重要客户，维持与政商企客户和媒体的友好体系，提高知名度。
任职资格：
1、大专（含）以上学历，具备五年以上高星级酒店相关岗位工作经验，具备新酒店筹开经验者优先；
2、掌握酒店市场营销的专业知识，精通市场开发、品牌公关、营销策划、收益预订管理、销售拜访等业务；
3、熟练操作计算机办公软件与酒店系统，英语口语流利；
4、具备较强的市场分析能力、业务拓展能力、谈判力和领导力；具有较强的组织协调与沟通能力，较强的应变能力与抗压能力，良好的团队意识和敬业精神。
