岗位职责：薪资面议
1.计划组织，控制和协调餐饮部所有员工；
2.在控制成本到最低的同时，不断促进餐饮销售；
3.确保高质量高标准的酒店餐饮服务；
4.维护餐饮部各餐厅的良好运作，干净整洁；
5.根据本地市场不断调整市场推广经营方案；
6.在提高餐饮服务的同时并把控好餐饮运营成本。
岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历或同等文化程度；
2.有8年以上酒店经验、6年以上同等酒店管理经验，掌握餐饮各部门的岗位职责和工作程序；
3.具有强烈的事业心和责任感及高尚的职业道德；
4.身体健康，仪表端庄大方，气质高雅；
5.能够根据市场变化和客人的需求，及时调整餐饮经营策略，善于组织和开展各种推广活动；
6.具有酒店预算管理知识，能编制餐饮预算。
