岗位职责：（薪资面议）
1、在厨师长的领导下，带领本组员工根据标准“投料卡”要求切配各类菜肴，保证炉灶烹调顺利进行；
2、定期参加部门例会及厨房例会、提出合理化建议，了解每日的预定情况，召开班前例会，合理分配本组员工从事各项切配工作，督促员工做好餐前准备和餐前检查；
3、负责每日冰箱工作柜中原料的库存数量和质量,准确申订原料并充分利用剩余原料；
4、根据厨房的年、月度计划，带领员工积极完成各项接待任务和经营指标；
5、督导员工按标准投料切配，合理用料，准确配份，保证接收订单与出品有条不紊；
6、根据库存情况，负责安排干货原料的领用和涨发工作，做到现领现发，保证一定的周转量，协助厨师长做好成本控制；
7、负责对本组员工的工作安排和工作表现进行考核、评估。组织实施相关培训活动，做好厨房人才开发和培养工作；
8、带头做好并督导本组员工做好与炉灶厨师及切配主厨的关系，保证菜肴的及时烹调出品；
9、督导员工的仪表仪容及个人和包干区卫生工作，督导员工做好收尾工作；
10、督导下属员工执行食品卫生法规，绝对不向客人提供霉变、过期的不合格食品；
11、检查常用储备原料的库存量，及时订购，根据营业情况，每天及时准确地开出次日的预订原料品种和数量报厨师长；
12、 负责协助厨师长对运营成本进行有效控制；
13、完成上级领导交代的其他工作事项。
