岗位职责（薪资面议）
1. 协助西厨厨师长管理西厨房的正常运作，保证食物和产品的高质量。
2. 保证西厨区域包括仓库、冷房、冷冻库、干货库的干净和整洁并做到卫生标准。
3. 参与培训和发展员工。
4. 保证安全，正确的使用西厨的设备、工具和机器。
5. 负责自助餐的装饰项目。
6. 推进西厨食品的配方。
7. 完成厨师长安排的其他工作。
岗位要求
1. 高中以上的学历。
2. 至少具备两年以上的西厨管理经验。
3. 拥有在国际品牌酒店工作经验者优先。
4.具有一定的食品安全、中西方文化/国际烹饪知识及懂得一定的电脑基础及厨房机械设备操作。
5. 良好的口头及书面表达能力。
6. 具有团队精神，能够和其它员工通力合作。
